Where do you find meaning in worship?
Perhaps it's in the priest's sermon, a melody in the choir's anthem, or as you accept Communion. St. John's is committed to providing an environment for all to come and worship through liturgy and music that is transcending and inspirational. Whether you are a first time guest or a life-long member, you are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the service, including receiving Communion, as we believe that all people are invited to the Lord's Table.
What does Spiritual Formation mean to you?
Here at St. John's we understand that our relationship with God is constantly maturing. It takes time, experience, and an eagerness to learn His heart in order to grow in the knowledge of what that means in our lives as individuals, families, and as a parish.
St. John's is a firm believer in intergenerational programming. We know that formation begins with worship and encourage our families to worship together. Seasonal classes and activities are also scheduled to move into topics that bring more relevance to our daily lives. See our Spiritual Formation page for more details as well as a list of programs and classes.

How do you describe church?
At St. John's, when asked "What's your church like?" we answer "It's like me." The community of St. John's is more than what happens on Sunday mornings. Our 126 year-old building is a historic part of Old Town Saginaw. Here, there is a place for you; a place to serve your neighbor, feed your soul, and become a part of something meaningful in our city.
